* Please Note * All Cheese Orders Must Be Purchased In One Pound Increments. When you purchasing one, you are purchasing one pound. When you purchasing two, you are purchasing two pounds, and so on. Also note that when you purchase cheese in multiple pounds (such as a 3 pound order of Gouda) it will come as one 3 pound block. If you wish to have your cheese cut into pices please note this in the comments box in the check out proccess.

* During the warm summer months we recommend shipping all cheese either Overnight or 2nd day air. We will pack all orders with ice and do our best to make sure the product arrives in good order. If you choose not to ship your cheese Overnight or 2nd day air we will be unable guarantee the product.

When needed we will wrap your order in foil at the cost of $1.50 and a additional $2.00 for an ice pack if needed.
